A 4 bedroom in Warwick, United Kingdom

Sleeps 5 people

Our home is a 4 bedroom end of terrace 1960s house, which backs on to a lovely park with the River Avon running through it. The park has a flat path all the way round which is wheelchair friendly, has crazy golf, pedalos for hire, a sports centre incl a 25 m pool, a playground, a skate park etc - ie its great for kids!
The house has 2 parking spaces on its drive, and the downstairs is open plan, with 3 single bedrooms on the 1st floor, with a bathroom, and on the 2nd floor theres a double bedroom with a en suite toilet and a roll top bath in the bedroom. It has views of Warwick Castle at the far end of the park.
The back of the house opens up with bifold doors across the back (in fact, we were on a BBC refurb show 2 years ago that followed our extension) that open onto a deck and a smallish garden with a trampoline and a flower bed
We love our house now after years of it being pokey and dark, its now got lots of windows and light flooding in and we cant see us ever moving. We have a hot tub, and floodlights in the garden, which makes for fun evenings.
