Sleeps 4 people
Wheelchair-friendly
Our home is a standard 4.5 room ground floor flat with a garden seating area. As I am a quadriplegic, the flat is entirely wheelchair accessible. One bathroom has a roll-in shower with a shower wheelchair that can be used. One bedroom has an electric bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. An extra bed can be added to the third room.

In the area
Zurich is 20 minutes away by wheelchair-accessible train. From there, you can explore Zurich or take another train and reach Lucerne and Berne in 1 hour or the Mediterranean-like location of Lugano in 2 hours.
Uster itself is situated on a beautiful lake, and although it is the third-largest city in the canton of Zurich, it is rural. Zurich Airport is just 20 minutes away by Taxi. Unfortunately, there is no regular wheelchair accessible Taxi service. So you might take public transport if you can't transfer into a car.
