Bungalow, modern open plan architecture with a wall of windows looking onto 2 courtyard gardens . Secure private back garden with patio, leafy gum trees, pretty garden and lawn. Recreation facilities include heated indoor swimming pool, billiard table in large Games Room and barbecue.
All entry points into the home are fully wheelchair accessible. Recent renovation of en suite main bathroom to be fully accessible with rails and shower seat built in.
Our house is 6 km from the city centre and 6 km to the beach. The house is a very short walk to supermarket and shops and is 5 minutes away from access buses which go direct to the city centre. It normally takes between 15 to 20 minutes to drive into the city. Freeway access to the Adelaide Hills is 4 km away.
